A: YES, we still ship abroad! Our software system for check out allows for you to factor shipping internationally. It makes it easy for us to handle customs paperwork, duty, shipping methods, etc. Buyers are responsible for all fees (shipping, duty, brokerage) associated with their international order. Please contact us before buying if you have any questions whatsoever.
A: We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Kentucky. If you are shipping within the state of Kentucky or physically picking up in Kentucky, the appropriate charges (6% of sale price) will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. We do not collect sales taxes on out-of-state transactions.
A: We strive to ship items very quickly; most items ship within 24-48 hours after the close the transaction date!

A: YES, you are invited to pick up your purchase by visiting our warehouse located in Louisville, KY. Local pickup items will be available Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST). We ask that advance notice be given to schedule your pick-up. All local pick-up items should be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made with your friendly iBuyz representative.
A: YES, in general we want happy customer’s and will accept returns under certain conditions. Please review our policy on each auction listing to understand specific rules and guidelines that will apply in the event an item needs to be returned.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and the item must be in the condition it was when we sent it out. All returns must be processed within 14 calendar days of the sale.

A: Yes, we offer combined shipping on purchased in a 7 day period. Our shipping calculator automatically factors combined shipping. If you are having problems, please send us an email, and we will send you a revised invoice via out checking out software system.
